The total price of the goods you have selected will be stipulated at the time that you place the order via our current processor – PayPal. Shipping
We try to ship your orders within 1 week after payment (NO Saturdays, Sundays and holidays). Delivery time to Europe is usually between 5 and 7 working days and to USA, Canada and Australia between 1 and 3 weeks.
We are happy to send orders outside of South Korea. Postage is charged and included within the sales of our product – we charge a flat rate post and packaging cost. Any claims for VAT, Customs, Import or other taxes remain the responsibility of the Purchaser. Contact customerservice@DS1984.info prior to your order to confirm delivery charges and post and packaging.
Customs & Import Charges
All import and export costs are the responsibility of the customer. We have no control over the length of time your order will be held at customs for clearance and suggest that you contact them directly for further information. We mark all packages for overseas delivery with contents and order value marked accordingly.
Product Delivery
Goods damaged in transit
Please make sure that you open your parcel immediately and check the contents on receipt and if signing for delivery that there are correct amount of items. If there is any damage to the parcels ensure that you make a note on the consignment note. If you are unfortunate and have received damaged or incorrectly sent goods, you must inform us within 3 working days of delivery quoting your order reference in all emails or telephone calls.
Goods lost in transit
We will not accept liability for goods lost in transit unless we are notified within 7 working days from the expected delivery date (this is taken to be 2 working days from the advised date of despatch for standard delivery, 1 working day for next day delivery option).
Wrong items have been delivered
If you have received incorrect items in you order please contact us immediately. We will advise you on how to send back the items and replace them with the correct items.
My items arrived damaged
If your items arrive damaged, we will either refund you in full (including the postage and packing you were charged), or send you replacement copies, if there is available stock. We may ask you to return the damaged item to us before we can take further action. Please e-mail us at customer.services@digitalstores.co.uk and we will arrange the refund.

Clicking on that button will put one copy of that item into your shopping basket. The number of items in your basket will increase each time you add something.If you click on the "View Basket" button, you can see what you've got in your basket and how much it will cost you. If there's an item you know longer you want, you can remove it. Once you've selected everything you would like to purchase, click "Checkout" - this will prompt you to log in with your Paypal account, you can create an account if you don't have one. You need make sure all you Paypal details are up to date and correct, once you have made a purchase we will send you a confirmation email asking you to confirm you post and packaging details. Follow all of the instructions regarding your chosen method of payment. After you have completed the payment pages, your order will be placed with us and sent out to you as soon as possible. How do you ensure I get my package in good condition!?
We pay great attention to the way that orders are packed, and we try our best to get your orders to you in perfect condition. We compressed all packages tightly made with durable cardboard and recycled cardboard cruciform. To date we have deliver parcels to Africa and remote corners of Asia without difficulties.
Gift Wrapping Service
You can choose to have your purchase gift-wrapped free of charge and sent to you or to an alterative address. If you are sending the gift straight to the lucky lady we will hand write a card with a message of your choice. All you have to do email us your request.
Can I exchange an item I don't like?
Yes, you can exchange goods purchased. Please write to use outlining your reason for an exchange.
How do I cancel my order?
The only way to cancel an order is to contact us. Email us as soon as possible, quote your order number and 'Please cancel' in the subject line of the email and we'll take care of it. We will refund you the cost quickly as possible.
Refunds and Exchanges
In order to make sure you will be 100% satisfied with the purchased item, plase read and check all info related to that desired item before buying it. Best way is to contact us for any information you might need beforehand. We are dedicated to ensuring that everything you order is everything you expected it to be!
